• We booked a tour with Mark and we are lucky we did. Mark is very knowledgeable and experienced as a guide. Only thing we regret is that we picked only 3 hours tour. It took me couple weeks reviewing taken pictures to realize how many places we visited and how much we learned in those 3h. Thanks, Mark. On another note, on that day my steps count exceeded the one I had on a hike in Grand Canion. Wow!

• My wife and I visited Tokyo on a one day stop from our cruise ship. when we booked the trip, we were sent a questionnaire asking what we wanted to see. Since we were unfamiliar with Tokyo, we left the itinerary up to the guide. We met Marc at a train station not far from where our ship was docked. We walked the streets of Tokyo, toured the Meiji Jingu Temple, visited an outdoor food market are where we sampled and purchased several delicious items. Later we visited the Ginza shopping district. Marc was a great guide, he was able to provide good insight on living and working in Tokyo. He was able to answer any questions we asked. Definitly would recommend.

• Marc was able to meet us at the airport so that we could all take the train together. This was a very last minute plan on my part. But Marc was able to bring us to lots of perfect spots, including Asakusa temple and market, a lovely park with lotus plants (not quite time to bloom), electric city, and much more. Had a great meal, too! Need to go back and write down all the wonderful places we went! Marc went out of his way to meet dietary needs, too. He gave us plenty of cultural tidbits along the way. And he got us onto the right train back to the airport with plenty of time collect our hand bags from lockers and get back through security. With more than enough time to be comfortable. Can’t wait to go back!
